Event Details:#

  • Venue: TBA

  • Date: Wednesday, 20 August 2025

  • Timings: 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM

  • Team Size: 1-4

  • Entry Fees: ₹50/- per member

  • Participation certificates for all


Rules & Guidelines#

Technical Requirements: -#

  • Participants must bring their own laptops and chargers.

Theme & Scope: -#

  • Theme will be revealed at the start of the event.

  • Project is frontend only, so no backend development is required.

  • Use of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frontend frameworks (React, Vue, Angular, etc.) is allowed.

  • Web application must be fully responsive and work across devices.

Submission & Hosting:#

  • Final project MUST BE HOSTED (Netlify, GitHub Pages, Vercel, etc.).

  • A working link + source code (GitHub repository) must be submitted before the deadline.

  • No late submissions will be accepted.

Prohibited Practices:#

  • No AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Gemini, etc.) may be used for coding, debugging, research, design, or content creation. All work must be done manually.

  • Plagiarism (copying code/templates without significant modification) will result in disqualification.

Time Management:#

  • Participants must start and complete work within the given competition time.

  • No late entries into the event will be entertained.

Evaluation Criteria:#

  • UI/UX Design – Aesthetics, user-friendliness, and creativity.

  • Functionality – How well the frontend works (buttons, navigation, interactivity).

  • Responsiveness – Mobile, tablet, and desktop compatibility.

  • Code Quality – Clean, readable, and maintainable code.

  • Originality – Uniqueness of design and concept.

Judging & Results:#

  • Judges’ decision will be final and binding.

  • Any disputes must be raised with the organizing committee before results are announced.

General Conduct:#

  • Maintain respectful behavior toward other participants and organizers.

  • Any violation of rules will result in immediate disqualification
